My weight loss and fitness program has helped many of my clients and students to bring their thyroid levels back to normal and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Women who have thyroid problems have issues with frequent mood swings, depression, gaining weight even with less food intake, slower heart rate etc.
To help them, i have devised a “Natural Transformation Method” with a combination of 45 Minutes strength training and cardio workout, five times per week to burn their fat and excessive calories. This helps them to keep their weight levels in control, helps them to get out of mood swings and depression and also tests have shown normal thyroid levels.
Along with this we also conduct yoga classes once a week to relieve yourself from stress and anxiety. The less stress you have, the better you will overcome your problems, inside and out.
