The common sleeping disorders include Insomnia, Sleep apnea, Restless leg syndrome and Narcolepsy. Of these four, sleep apnea is the most common problem which is found in todays society in large.
Those who have sleep apnea experience abnormal breathing patterns during sleep and there are many types. Software professionals who work with laptop and mobile devices for long hours and who have little physical movement are more prone to sleep apnea.
The usual solution provided to regulate sleeping disorders are medications, CPAP machines, inhalers and few other methods. But many of my clients have got out these sleeping disorder by following my weight loss and fitness workouts and diet plans.
To help those who are suffering from sleeping disorders, i have devised a “Natural Transformation Method” with a combination of 45 Minutes strength training and cardio workout, five times per week to sweat, reduce weight, increase physical activity and get their breathing patterns to normal level.
