To help you understand the weight loss and training programs i conduct in a better way, we have given few frequently asked questions and answers related to it. Please feel free to whatsapp me on any other further questions you may have.
Diet or exercise? Which one is more critical for weight loss?
Both your eating habits, diet plans are equally important to the workout programs and schedule you should follow. You cannot just workout and overcome your bad diet.
How often should i eat to loose weight?
I recommend a healthy breakfast with less fat and calories in the morning. You have to eat enough healthy food during your mid day (lunch) and can be generous enough to fill your hunger(Don’t Over eat). Finish your dinner before 3 hours you go to sleep. I suggest that you finish your lunch before 8 pm.
If you are planning for a cheat meal, then finish it of before 6.30 pm. I suggest cheat meals once in a week if you are craving for food.
Can i drink Coffee/ Milk Tea / Juice / Alcohol / Soda and Still loose weight?
The Answer is “Big No”. When you are eating the right food and following a diet plan, taking right amount of calories to loose weight, those liquids you have asked will still count, even if you feel that they are not filling you up. It is those calories which are preventing you from loosing weight or even causing you to gain more weight.
How many calories should i take to loose weight?
The calories required to loose weight depends upon your age, gender, activity level, medical complications you may have. Counting on the number of calories you are taking will not help you to loose weight.
Instead of that, you need to have a diet plan to achieve your weight loss goals and sustain it along with regular work out and physical activities.
How much water should i drink to maximize the weight loss?
Make sure that you drink minimum required amount of water required suiting to the weight of your body. Minimum of 1.5 litres of water will help you towards your weight loss goals.
If you are someone who drinks less amount of water, slowly increase the intake of water and achieve taking the required amount of water.
You will probably urinate more frequently, but there are many other health and weight loss benefits which come along with taking more water.
