Working out has helped many of my clients and students reduce their blood sugar levels.
If your body doesn’t accept/resists insulin which is produced by the pancreas, exercising can help you to bring down the resistence levels and makes your body to accept the insulin intake. As a result your blood glucose which is also called blood sugar is used more effectively and the levels get normal. This helps you avoid long term complications like developing heart diseases etc.
To help those who are suffering from diabetes, i have devised a “Natural Transformation Method” with a combination of 45 Minutes strength training and cardio workout, five times per week to bring down the insulin resistance levels.
Along with this we also conduct yoga classes once a week to relieve yourself from stress and anxiety. The less stress you have, the better you will overcome your problems, inside and out.
