The core factors which causes cholesterol is lifestyle problems like smoking, unhealthy eating habits & diet, lack of physical exercises. My workout programs has helped many of my clients and students to bring down their cholesterol levels.
If you have high cholesterol, you are twice as likely to develop heart disease. Therefore it is important to have your cholesterol levels in check, especially if you have a family history of heart diseases. Reducing your LDL “bad cholesterol” through good diet and exercise can make a positive impact on your overall health.
To help those who are struggling with cholesterol problems, i have devised a “Natural Transformation Method” with a combination of 45 Minutes strength training and cardio workout, five times per week, which will help them to give up smoking, get into a regular healthy diet and reduce weight.
Along with this we also conduct yoga classes once a week to relieve yourself from stress and anxiety. The less stress you have, the better you will overcome your problems, inside and out.
