Working out has helped many of my clients and students reduce the insulin resistance and improved weight loss.
Women who have PCOS/PCOD issues are more prone to serious medical conditions such as diabetes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, endometrial cancer, and sleep apnea.
To help them, i have devised a “Natural Transformation Method” with a combination of 45 Minutes strength training and cardio workout, five times per week to improve sensitivity to insulin and thus manage hormones.
Along with this we also conduct yoga classes once a week to relieve yourself from stress and anxiety. The less stress you have, the better you will overcome your problems, inside and out.
