There are a couple of things you should do to join the “live online class”

1. Click on the Member Login button given below or in the menu section on the website.
2. Choose forgot password option to reset your password by entering your registered email id. Don’t forget to check your spam folder, “All Mails” section if you don’t receive the password reset link in max 10 minutes.
3. Once you are logged in, click on the Online Classes link to join and kickstart your weight-loss & fitness journey.
