Physical exercise and work outs has helped many of my clients and students to bring the blood pressure levels back to normal. when you work out, the tendency and urge to smoke, tendency to consume alcohol, stress levels, obesity, stress and many other factors which causes high blood pressure goes down. Through my “Natural Transformation Method” with a combination of 45 Minutes strength training and cardio workout, five times per week, you will develop confidence, will power and stamina to eliminate the trigger points which causes the high blood pressure.
